The boys and girls in our Nursery Unit enjoyed making gingerbread men after reading the Gingerbread Man story recently. They liked exploring and measuring the different ingredients and smelling the ginger.
The children then took their gingerbread men over to the school kitchen and met Caroline the cook, who told them she would watch that the gingerbread men didn’t jump out of the oven and run away, like the one in the story did. Thanks for that Caroline! 🙏
The boys and girls also kept a good eye out for any foxes, just in case! 🦊
