This week in well-being club the children learned some breathing exercises to calm their body when they feel stressed, anxious, worried or angry. They completed rainbow breathing as well as feather breathing and they all took a feather home to help practice the breathing exercises in their daily life.
The children also learned 5 new yoga poses and were absolutely brilliant at balancing to hold these positions. The children had lots of fun playing games incoperating all the new yoga poses they had learnt.
The children ended with some well deserved rest and relaxation. Perfect end to a busy school day.
