Altamuskin Cup Success
6th Jun 2025
Well what a day that was for our mixed P6/7 football team

The boys and girls travelled to Dunmoyle and took part in the Annual Mairead & Pauline Mullin Memorial Tournament, which was expertly run by Mr Lynch of St Brigid's Altamuskin and his team of Errigal Ciaran GAA helpers
The boys and girls played brilliantly from start to finish; exciting games against St Mary’s Ballygawley, St Malachy’s Glencull and parish neighbours Roscavey PS, saw the team top the group
Qualifying for the Mairead Mullin Cup, a competitive semifinal victory over St Macartan’s Clogher, set up a repeat fixture against St Malachy’s Glencull.
It really was an end to end game, with the result only decided by a late, late free from Shona
Team captain on the day was Darragh D and he proudly collected the cup from the Mullin family to the cheers of all the travelling Beragh support.
Well done boys and girls; you are fantastic ambassadors for our school
