Today, the children in P3 to P7 took part in a unique workshop with Stephen Beattie of AB Coaching on the topic of Resilience and Wellbeing. The sessions were aimed at providing the children with problem solving skills and ways of coping with anxieties and worries that they face everyday at home and in school. Our thanks to Stephen for what was a very engaging, interactive day that the children can call on in approaching problems and building positive mental health strategies.
