This morning, P1&2 headed out on a chilly Winter walk in the snow! The pupils loved getting wrapped in their winter clothes and going out to countryside to explore the snow, even in the freezing temperatures! The pupils spotted bare deciduous trees, snowy evergreen trees, cat and dog footprints in the snow and frozen icicles. The pupils were fascinated to see houses, cars and mountains in the distance, covered in snow. They also saw some daffodils beginning to sprout. The pupils were then treated to a nice warm cup of tea and a chocolate biscuit on return to school to heat their cold hands!
