🩺 Nursery explore hospital theme 🚑

2nd Mar 2020

The children in nursery have been learning about their bodies and how to keep safe. They have been exploring the hospital theme and finding out about the work of doctors, nurses, surgeons and many others. We sincerely thank our friend Cathal Grimes and his colleague Danny who visited the nursery in their ambulance to talk to the children about their work as paramedics. Special thank you also to Fiona Landers and Kerry Grimes, parents of Lainey and Hugh, who came into the nursery and talked to the children about their work as nurse (midwife) and pharmacist. Both ladies took items from their work in for the children to examine. Both sessions were very successful and the children really enjoyed and responded well.
